Our Mission
Toya Smith is a trailblazing leader, advocate, author, and community servant dedicated to creating meaningful change. As the first African American woman to serve as both Precinct Committeewoman and Councilwoman in Highland, Indiana, she has broken barriers while championing causes that uplift individuals and strengthen communities. Her impact and leadership have been recognized through her induction into the National Black Radio Hall of Fame, honoring her contributions to advocacy, service, and community empowerment.
